Rosalie was born in her grandmoter's hotel in Eldorado, Illinois and them moved to the St. Louis area when she was a child. She has also lived in Chicago, Jackson, Mississippi, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and Arizona. She is now back in Illlinois.

Rosalie has her Montessori Degree in Earily Childhood and taught for many years. She loves all children's literature and have a personal collection of over 300 books. She has also worked in the hotel industry for many years in sales and marketing, as well in advertising. She has been published in varies publications and had an inspirational column with a weekly newspaper.
