<div><font size="2" face="tahoma">By the way, yesterday's QuestionPoint User Group meeting on the potential of a national VR service/portal at ALA midwinter had an interesting side discussion about Enquire UK's approach to slamming. They have a single organizational
presence on Yahoo Answers UK, with Knowledge Partner status. They moniter just a few categories (Literature and Reference?) and consistently pick up 25 questions per month. This has led them to a 77% "best answer" rating--the highest of any Y!A knowlege
partner!</font></div>
