This indicates that you are not linking to the correct chat form, and that all of your chat sessions are being counted as “practice” sessions – which means they aren’t showing up in your statistics. If patrons click the “practice” checkbox, this means that other librarians monitoring for you will see your patrons as “practice” patrons, and they may not pick them up. So, please help by doing these 2 things:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>1. Check the link to your AskAway chat service, available from your library’s web site. If the Practice checkbox appears on your chat form, then you need to change the link to your present form to the correct form. Last week I discovered that 24 IL public libraries had the incorrect chat form – I emailed each library with the link to the correct chat form. Thanks to those of you that have changed your link! However, I may have missed some, so if you have the incorrect form and you did not get an email from me, please send me an email [ <a href="mailto:mcglames@oclc.org">mcglames@oclc.org</a>] and I will send you the link to the correct chat form for your library.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>2.
