Okay, cool, I think I have an old Tascam lying around somewhere at home.
And yes we use Zing as well.

Ah yes - Dave at Infonics' ole woodgrain furniture.

When we are forced to digitize from cassette sub-masters instead of from the preferred reel master (ie-the reel master is MIA) we use an old Tascam 424 PortaStudio (Image attached) to transfer all 4 sides simultaneously at highspeed and then manipulate the files in Sound Forge to slow them down to standard playback speed, and reversing the backwards even-numbered sides (files). We then do a lot of post-production audio massaging mastering with Sound Forge and iZotope RX before finally doing navigational markup in HABC.

Do you use the old Telex Zing software running on a PC with WinXP to capture the audio from the cassettes?
