Hello, Linden,

Here in Hartford we have several book holding devices in the booth (small pillow, wooden stand with brackets, angled clipboard with extra large clip, etc) With these the narrator never touches the page. We stop recording at every page turn stopping at the closest natural pause. The narrator jots the remaining words on the next page, turns the page. Then we continue recording.

Good luck.

I have always made photocopies for my narrators to use to reduce paper noise (it hasn’t always worked) while they were reading. As I can’t see doing that with this title, what is the most effective method that some of you are using for your narrators in the booth? Any suggestions?
