[Studiotalk] Studiotalk -- Any Open Studios Out There??

Hi!

Staff are returning to the studio this week on a rotating basis. There are
three of us and we will go in every third day to do are backlog of
recording projects that aren't book related. Then we are working from home
on post production. Perkins controls when our volunteers can return and
they are not anxious to do so. July is the earliest they are considering
and even that might not happen.

We have four recording booths so right now there are no worries about
contamination because we can each work in our own booths. Still working out
how we would have multiple people in and out of them on a daily basis and
keeping them safe. They can wear gloves to operate the equipment and/or
disinfect between sessions. I worry about whether there can be traces of
the virus in the air after they have been in a closed booth for an hour or
more. Maybe implement a minimum period of time between sessions to air out.
Our head custodian said we could spray Lysol in the booth after.

So still working things out I guess! Curious to hear what others are doing
as well.

Best to all,
Nancy
