<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">We have short children’s book lists that we have on our docket to read each year and if they can feel the sense of accomplishment by finishing a short kids book in one or two
sessions it gives them a boost in the midst of a slog of an endless book. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">We have had many pioneer stories that are on the docket to be read. One book took a couple years because I gave the volunteer other higher priority projects that came along.
She actually said that the smaller projects helped her stick around instead of being burned out from this one particular large pioneer story (especially after reading a similar type pioneer book previously). That sense of actually completing these smaller
urgently needed by patrons type projects (such as a driver’s license manual, kids’ books, or small pamphlet size projects) gave that needed boost.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">And like John said finding someone who can commit to more frequent recording sessions.

to a volunteer narrator when you know they may be in the book for a long time? I have at least one title that I have which could take as long as two years to complete that I would like to do, but I often have trouble getting people to commit to a book for
