<p class="MsoNormal">The suggestions offered are good; best practices are to make the narration team stop recording between page turns plus the effort of the narrator reading ahead the night before and writing the ending sentence words from the following page
on the previous page.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Book holding devices are also useful as most modern mics can and will pick up the sound of the narrator moving a finger across the page to keep their place so anything that can be done to keep them from brushing the pages is good.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The NLS standard, and how our studio has operated for decades, is to have 2 identical copies of the book: one for the narrator and one for the monitor and reviewers. They should be the same edition to ensure consistency of error notations
etc across copies.<o:p></o:p></p>
