We were in the same situation last year and over the summer we started working on an at-home narrating option. Fortunately, we had some funds to buy the necessary gear (mic, interface, and other peripherals). In addition, we acquired some re-purposed laptops
from the state that I installed Hindenburg on. We currently have 3 people using the at-home recording kits and have ordered equipment for 5 more.<br>

For now, the process is for the narrator to record and self-review/edit, then the files are reviewed again. I'm currently doing the review myself, just to make sure nothing problematic is occurring in the recording since this is all relatively new. I'll explore
bringing on additional reviewers once the at-home narrators are feeling more comfortable.

I also have a few people doing what we call Final Review (which is a review of a finished recording) at home. I provide them with audio files that they can play on whatever native media player they have, so access to Hindenburg isn't necessary in those cases.</div>

Like many of you, I suppose, in person volunteering for us was suspended when the pandemic hit back in March 2020. Since then our Studio Coordinator Christopher Duran has been diligently converting A2D local recordings at home while we have all been teleworking.
Alas our new titles production has come to a grinding halt. I have been asking our administration about enlisting remote volunteers, but at this juncture we’re unable to utilize them. While we are awaiting some action from our legal team to initiate remote
volunteering (long story), I thought I would inquire about others who may be utilizing remote or online studio volunteers.</p>
