Definitely suspicious … we’ve not migrated to using Hindy for recording so I don’t have any insights. Have you contacted Phil Carbo at NLS?

Thanks for the sympathy! I can’t say for sure it is related to the update, but it started happening almost immediately afterward, so it is suspicious.

We are having an issue with recording since the latest update last week. When recording, the screen changes to brown, and seems to continue recording, but nothing is actually recorded. It just keeps going until the monitor stops it, but there is nothing there. The first time it happened, the monitor hadn’t looked at the screen for a while, and lost a couple of pages. After that, I instructed the monitors to look at the screen often, so we haven’t lost as much. But it happens with increasing frequency; at first, it was only once or twice during a session, then 3, then 4, and yesterday about 20 times in about an hour. We changed out some cables after that, and it seems to be working, but I haven’t had a full recording session yet. Has anyone else experienced this?
