Sorry - I don't have a specific email for anyone. Preben is the guy who I
think would be able to help you best. I know there has been a lot of
shakeup there in terms of staff so I don't know if he is even still there.
It's been a while since I contacted support. The company is very small
though, so I think they all see messages that get sent to the support
email. All I can say is keep trying. There is a Facebook group called
Hindenburg Community. Maybe you can put a message there, although you will
need to join the group to do that. Hope you are able to figure it out!
