Have you reached out to Phillip Carbo at NLS? He is very knowledgeable about Hindenburg and assists with all of our technical questions. You can reach him at phca at loc.gov

As far as reaching Hindenburg support staff, we have never had any good luck with them.

Kind regards,

Sorry - I don't have a specific email for anyone. Preben is the guy who I think would be able to help you best. I know there has been a lot of shakeup there in terms of staff so I don't know if he is even still there. It's been a while since I contacted support. The company is very small though, so I think they all see messages that get sent to the support email. All I can say is keep trying. There is a Facebook group called Hindenburg Community. Maybe you can put a message there, although you will need to join the group to do that. Hope you are able to figure it out!

I got a new machine, and a new install of Hindenburg (latest version). I go to markup a book and I can't specify the navclass from contextual menu when creating a nav point - menu is missing. I emailed Hindenburg's support, and their reply said my version "may have a glitch" and directed me to a downgrade link (version 1.50 build 2454). Unfortunately, the link only takes me to the release notes page and has no download link. I replied to their support message to point this out.

Does anyone have a name or email address of anyone at Hindenburg to get things done?
