Hope everyone is doing well, and ready for a great summer! 😊 (smile)

How does your studio handle the paperwork side of things for your locally produced books?


  *   Who writes your announcements?
  *   Who selects the subjects?
  *   Who submits the intention notices, and completion forms?
  *   Who does the catalog records, or do you wait for the DBC load?

I am streamlining the format here, we have standard forms for the Book Info Summary, the standard announcement NLS template, and a map of the fields in Hindenberg.

I am making it more of a straight line from start to finish as possible, and it seems one person can handle the bulk of it, the editor, the one who processes the book after it comes out of the studio.
